To establish an orthodox jewish high school for boys devoted to the study of the laws tenets and doctrines of the jewish faith. To operate a house of religious prayer and worship which adheres to and complies with the laws customs and traditions of orthodox judaism as interpreted by the chasidic jewish movement known as chabad lubavitch. To teach promote and advance the spiritual teachings of the orthodox movement known as chabad lubavitch. To organize and take part in charitable community service programs including visiting the sick and the elderly religious orthodox activities and volunteer work for existing charitable organizations.
