Houses and provides support services for households with low or modest incomes. The support services provided are tailored to the needs of the program participants and to help those in need to identify and address the issues in their lives that may be preventing them from being independent of social supports. 2. Administers federal funds to implement priority activities designed to address the needs of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as detailed in the community plan assessment and the hps community plan on homelessness. 3. Administers funds provided to support one-time or short term projects which provide housing and/or housing support services to alleviate the problemof homelessness.
