Meadows christian education society (mces) runs meadows christiant academy. Mces teachers deliver the alberta program of studies from a christian worldview. Mces engages volunteers to help assist in the education of its students. Mces enrolls students willing to abide by the statement of faith and student handbook. Mces hires teachers with the credentials required to teach in the province of alberta and provides a wide range of professional development opportunities equipping its teachers to deliver the program of studies in a professional engaging manner. Mces encourages students to grow in their christian faith and to become active participants and contributors as citizens of canada. Mces recognizes and celebrates the various cultural and ethnic backgrounds of our students and enrolls esl students as rougly 50% of its student body equipping them to achieve success in their academic endeavours. Mces provides educational assistants to help struggling students achieve success. The school also provides an intramural program to (sports) to students in grades 4-9. Teachers lead students in daily devotions (study of the bible) as well as bible class a bible memory and chapel programs. Mba provides students community service opportunities.
