1. To relieve pains loneliness and isolation of the people with mental health problems by establishing operating and maintaining a care centre that provides education recreation counselling and training in order to promote self-awareness better emotional health and wellbeing healthy habits and life styles. 2. To provide life management counselling and other support services to empower the people with mental health problems to become more independent in the community with cultural and emotional competency. 3. To educate the public on conditions and the needs of the people with mental health problems through seminars workshops and information sessions and by collection and disseminating information on the topic of mental health.
