Operation of a 235 unit seniors affordable housing complex providing low income seniors a secure living environment with private security 24/7 maintenance snow clearing lawn care community gardening recreation and leisure. Additional rental subsidization is also available depending on need. Planning is ongoing to add 20 additional units to our facility and we have been preapproved with a 3.2 million in funding from nl housing for same.
