To receive hold and invest bequests donations gifts funds and property and to administe an distribute funds endowments trusts and financial programs for the funding and support of the purposes of the society as presently set out and for such other organizations that are qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act in furtherance of the purposes of the society as stated in paragraph 2 of the society's constitution.
