Operates and maintain the mosque available for five times daily prayers. Offer congregation prayers on every friday during mid day and congregation prayers for annual eid prayer in 2024. Management and maintenance of the building facility. Providing religious education to children youth and adults. Maintenance of in-house library of religious books and educational materials. Develop and conduct youth programs including camping and skiing trips to promote healthy environment for the youth. Providing counseling services through imam and scholars in religious family matters. Collaborating with other community groups arranging to help the people due to job loss distribution of food hampers and other essential items. Open house and bbq events for the neighborhood and community. Will continue the summer school during the months of july and august at completion of summer school program certificates and awards will be issued. Youth club will continue to arrange programs like camping and ski trips to keep the youth occupied and involved in healthy activities. Community events involvement and attending keynote speaker series on current issues in the community. Community partnership with city of edmonton multi-cultural department for potential information sessions on the crime prevention in the community. Providing awareness information to the community and neighborhood on in collaboration with edmonton police services and alberta govt ministry of multi-cultural affairs.
