Pay all or part of the net income derived therefrom in perpetuity to such of the following organizations and institutions and in such proportions as my estate trustee in its absolute discretion considers advisable from time to time: (i)st. Michael's hospital foundation - designated for the ophthalmology program (ii) the toronto general and western hospital foundation - designated to the visions science research program; (iii) the governing council of the university of toronto department of ophthalmology eye bank fund; (iv) doctors without borders canada medecins sans frontieres canada ; (v) christian blind mission international; (vi) any one or more other registered charitable organizations with a major interest in the field of vision research but not to include the canadian national institute for the blind.
