Conduct board and membership regular meetings from january 29 2024 - november 25 2024 including annual agm on may 24 2024. Restoration work on museum bus project for community outreach program and public displays to be completed in spring of 2024. Collaboration with members and general public through website updates mailing of switch iron newsletters including annual general meeting. Staying active in the community showcasing our fleet of historic buses and attending community events and public parades. Providing ongoing educationof transit history in manitoba with our rolling transit museum bus for schools senior centres and car show visits. Trolley bus# 1768 restoration program with grant funding from the winnipeg foundation and member / public donations. Recruiting new mtha volunteer members by mail email newsletter distribution public displays and through our website. Creating an online raffle account to coordinate online raffles twice per year for fundraising purposes. Create an online gofundme page for our trolley bus restoration program to raise project funds.. Transpoexpo event august 16 2025 with parks canada and lower fort garry historical site to display our hisitoric buses. Attend new schools and senior centres with museum bus to display historic collection of bus history in manitoba as part of outreach program. Continued relationships / partnerships with canadian transit heritage foundation canadian bus history associationand nfi group and mci. Continued work on establishing a permanent museum facility to store and display transit historic vehicles and transit memorabilia.
