Manitoba Cardiac Institute (reh-Fit) Foundation Inc

To support and promote the welfare and good of the manitoba cardiac institute (reh-fit) inc. (the institute) so as to enable the institute to carry out its objectives including enabling the institute to provide research experiments investigations analysis and studies as to diseases deformities functional disorders afflictions and other conditions normal and abnormal of any and all parts of the human body and to foster provide and develop scientific methods and facilities for the diagnosis prevention treatment alleviation and cure thereof including the establishment maintenance and operation of laboratories clinics hospitals plants and any and alll other establishments for the purpose aforesaid. To receive and maintain a fund or funds to apply from time to time all or part thereof and any income therefrom for the benefit for the institute. To make appeal for funds to acquire accept or receive grants gifts donations bequests or other subscriptions of money provided any special conditions are not inconsistent with the above objectives; and subject to any special conditions attaching to any gift to invest and deal with such monies in such a manner as the foundation may from time to time determine; to do all such other things incidental for the purposes aforesaid and for the attainment of the objects above.
