Malekkhanu and Sherali Fazal Visram Memorial Foundation

The objectives of the foundation are: (a) to relieve poverty in india and elsewhere by providing the basic necessities of life including but not limited to food clothing education accommodation and medical care for children and youth who live in such countries; (b) to provide elementary and secondary education for children and youth who live in poverty who without the efforts of the foundation would not other wise receive and education; (c) to receive and maintain a fund or funds and apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organization that also registered charities under the income tax act (canada);
