We offer guidance and mentorship relapse prevention options and referrals to community resources/services for women reintegrating society after completing a substance abuse treatment program (rehab). We engage in partnerships with other community organizations and government resources to further our mission of alleviating poverty and homelessness for women in our target population. We offer accomodations (room and board) along with comprehensive psycho-social services necessary for our clients to achieve success; financial stabilty relapse prevention methods mental health counselling long-term housing opportunities and the tools needed to make life manageable; enabling our clients to continue on their journey to healthy lifestyles and independence. If someone has a safe place to live but would like to receive guidance we offer external consultations for these clients. We continue to host Concordia University interns each semester educating students on reintegration processes and allowing for lived experiences in the field. New programs include by-weekly Mindful Art sessions and community dinners for our clients external and residential. Access to the sports and leisure activities in Pointe-Claire to allow for physical and group activities close to our facility. An Indigenous consultant/volunteer who works with our Indigenous clientele to assure cultural sensitivity and to encourage accompany and guide them on their healing journey. We now offer home cooked meals through our new kitchen program.
