The resource centre programs primary objective as a service provider are: to use a person-centred planning process to assist each person to identify their goals and develop a plan of action to meet them. To offer a variety of learning and training opportunities to allow people to work on individual goals. To facilitate the development of natural support networks and assist people in acquiring the necessary skills to lead independent and fulfilling lives in their community. To be eligible for this program you must have a developmental difference and be 18 years of age. The passport programs primary objective is to support young adults with a developmental difference as they make the transition to community life
