1. Creation and distribution of mental health resources: 1. Made of Millions continues to publish personal stories from the community and creates mental health educational content via our website and social platforms. We publish new articles and continue to expand symptom content. 2. Created an educational content program that looked at solution based findings. We continue to equip populations with key mental health learnings and behavioral skills especially for those that still are facing barriers to meaningful mental health solutions. Often the only way to get help is through free resources like ours. 3. Licensed out Made Academy video on demand mental health training to corporations to Kellanoa/Kellogg across North America offices. 4. Hosted digital workshops for companies across North America: 'De-stigmatizing and Supporting Mental Health at Work' and a new workshop 'Getting Real about Workplace Mental Health'. 5. Partnered with TikTok (Canada and US) to be featured on a landing page that listed out TikToks trusted Mental Health NFP partners. TikTok Canada also provided a large amount of ad credits to Made of Millions in hope of getting trusted education content in front of the people who need it most. 6. Completed a research study. Evidence shows that current statistics about mental health diagnosis and treatment are outdated. In 2024 we partnered with a research firm Culture Co-op and put together a survey and conduct research about 'the patient journey' in mental health. Through surveying Gen Z and their parents we gathered a more updated understanding of what seeking help for their mental health looks like. Questions are focused on cultural perceptions of mental health and the experiences/barriers people have faced when trying to receive diagnosis and treatment.
