A travelling scholarship for graduates of canadian universities to do graduate study in international or industrial relations in the us or the uk. 3. A scholarship toa graduate of harvard university to support graduate study in canada in any discipline. The trust is administered by four trustee and the scholarship recipients are chosen by a selection committee appointed by trustee.
