Medical trip October 14 to November 1 2024 a Team of 17 volunteers from various parts of Canada loggeed over 2400 volunteer hours in the Dominican Republic with 17 clinics in 21 days. A number of volunteer hours were also logged for fundraising activities in Canada to pay for medicine wages for our Dominican workers truck rental and general costs. Over 3410 were seen by the doctors 69 were seen by the Dentist 849 glasses were given out and + 50 hearing aids. All this at no cost to the individuals. Clinic attendance ranged from 105 to 315 individuals.Support for the school was also part of the mission trip by helping with meals. buying water and propane. No work was completed on the vocational school construction as there are no funds at present. no new programs
