To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada). The purpose of the fondation is to receive funds from its various restricted charitable purpose funds for the foundation to hold manage and invest thereafter subject to compliance with all applicable donor restrictions as set out in the gift agreements establishing the funds the foundation will make ongoing gifts from the capital and/or income of the endowments and restricted funds that it holds over to a variety of qualified donees within the meaning assigned to theat term of seb section 149.1 of the income tax act( canada). The anticipated qualified donees of gifts from the foundation will be located throughout canada. The directors of the foundation will have final decision making authority on which qualified donees will be recipients of these gifts.
