The charity received and maintained a fund to use for educational religious and other charitable purposes especially in areas pertaining to the jewish religion. The organization collected funds and these were used to promote funding to educational institutions promoting the teaching of the torah and other aspects of the jewish religion. Funds were provided to educational institutions in the united states in particular in talmudic college of florida a qualified donee.
