Lloydminster Learning Council Association

The lloydminster learning council association (llca) was established in 1975 and functions to coordinate encourage and promote lifelong learning within the community of lloydminster. The lloydminster learning council association believes that people need opportunities for lifelong learning in order to enhance quality of life. The goals of the association are: - to offer a coordinated comprehensive program of part-time non-credit educational experiences - to identify educational needs within the city of lloydminster and the immediate vicinity - to identify available community and provincial resources which would be useful to the llca mandate - to encourage intergency cooperation and coordination in further education programming - to promote a positive image of the llca in the community
