1. Counselling/Psychotherapy We provide psychotherapy marriage & family counselling to individuals couples and families to increase our clients' capacity to deal with life's challenges effectively and to grow towards wholeness of life. These include fees subsidized to lower middle income clients Congregational Assistance Program-Multilingual (CAP-M) Free Intake Consultation & Referrals Free Single Session Counselling / Psychotherapy (June 1-September 31 2025) Women's Mental Health Support Group Overcoming Anxiety Group Mindfulness Groups & etc. 2. Public Education We provide holistic health promotion and prevention education to individuals couples and families of Chinese ethnic groups. Conducted through conferences seminars workshops retreats and other educational activities and courses. These include the Mental Health & Spirituality Campaign & ongoing Weekly Seniors Virtual Club. 3. Spiritual Formation We provide spiritual formation services through courses retreats individual and group direction. We use the Bible as a medium for the purpose of knowing God knowing oneself self and knowing others. These include experiential spiritual formation year spiritual formation for the Soul Care Club level one. 4. Training We provide caregivers and volunteers training courses. We aim to increase self-understanding enhance personal growth and transform relationships with self others and God. We deliver all the above programs via in-person & virtual courses. We have received two grants to help us expand and enhance our facilities: 1) LWCC has been granted an Enabling Accessibilities Grant $100 000 (2023 Dec. 31-2025 Dec. 31) to improve the accessibility to all services for clients with disabilities in our facilities; 2) LWCC has received the Community Investment Fund program (York Region) for funding to replace the broken rooftop cooling & heating unit at unit 33 for $21 707 (included non-recoverable partial HST).
