1. To promote mental health by making psychological counselling therapeutic services and therapy available to adolescents and young people with mental or developmental disabilities or disorders and to their family members and caregivers who are shown to need assistance. 2. To advance education by: a.providing specialized training to qualified counsellors therapists and medical practitioners including through seminars workshops evaluation and consultation regarding treatment methods applicable to relieving the conditions of adolescents and young people with mental or developmental disabilities or disorders; and b.providing psycho-educational workshops and educational resources to the family members and caregivers of adolescents and young people with mental or developmental disabilities or disorders 3. To conducts activities that are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the above charitable purposes
