To advance religion by preaching the teachings and religious tenets doctrines and observances associated with judaism to russian-speaking jews of all ages across canada. To advance the jewish religion by establishing a facility to be used for religious programs workshops and judaic studies. To advance education by providing classes on the subjects of nutrition mental health finance self-improvement and development to russian-speaking jews across canada. To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income thereform from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (canada)
