Lil E Coffee Café (Calgary)Registered

All of Lil E Coffee Cafe front line employees are people with Down Syndrome or are on the Autism spectrum with the exception of the General Manager and three more employees. Lil E Coffee Cafe's purpose is to provide the employees with a working skill set that should provide them with new employment opportunities in the future. At the end of 2024 Lil E Coffee Cafe employed 31 employees with 27 employees being trained to obtain a suitable skill set working environment. No new stores or programs were started during 2024. A new store for Edmonton as well as a second store in Calgary continue to be in the planning stages. Additional locations in other Canadian cities are also being explored.
