742 national capital squadron continues to support the air league's mission in supporting the participation of young canadians aged 12 to 18 in a variety of rewarding activities learning valuable life and work skill such as teamwork leadership and citizenship. Youth participate in various aviation related activities and learn outdoor skills while attending various optional activities such as music drill effective speaking and biathlon. No new programs were initiated although programs were enhanced to accommodate the increasing numbers of participating youth.
