1. We provide vocational and career training opportunities for young adults with developmental delays. 2. We run and maintain a candle making business 3. We develop work-related skills for young adults with developmental delay to better prepare them for the workforce. 4. We develop self esteem and self-worth. 5. We champion the rights of young adults with developmental delays 6. We strengthen autonomy 1. We continue to develop the alumni program 2. We are working to develop partnerships with additional programs within the school board.
