Lift Kelowna Church

We continued to meet every sunday morning at 10:30 am to encourage one another as we worship and listen to and discuss a sermon or have individuals share. We are meeting in homes this year. Some sundays we travel to vernon to meet with a larger fellowship. We continued to meet at homes or in vernon for sundays during the summer. We have a weekly prayer meeting on thursday evenings on zoom to pray for the needs of those we know. We provide pastoral care. We continued to assist the poor and support qualified donees such as kings online bible school and teen challenge: okanagan men's center. We attended a 'together for purpose' conference for salt & light churches from all over bc and western canada on may 3-5 in langley bc. We are supporting a young pastor and his wife financially as they start a church in their home in downtown kelowna and participate in prayer and outreach events with them. Twice a year we attended a prayer summit on zoom with other churches in bc and alberta.
