Life Cycle Housing Society

To sponsor propose promote encourage support and advocate for the provision of affordable and accessible housing to meet the present and future needs of the community including persons with low income and moderate incomes seniors and persons with disabilities. The society provides housing in powel river through three properties : ontario avenue brew bay and cranberry village. Cranberry village has been redeveloped to increase the number of rental units available with the proportion of units available at or under market rates as set by the british columbia housing commission to meet the low income housing criteria.
