The following operations were done in context of churches denominations and people affiliated with the same. 1) personal development of individuals in a church setting developing ones gifts & abilities in the context of the organization. 2) group development with the church leadership and their corporate ministries in order to build team assimilate activities and focus on future development. 3) home development by strengthening relationships in marriage and families and 4) career development for those in job transition or stress particularly but not limited to ministers
