Legal Help Centre of Winnipeg Inc.

The legal help centre provides free legal information and summary advice to individuals who meet its income eligibility criteria and provides referrals to other legal and social resources. The centre provides legal support to help low income individuals represent themselves in the court process in various areas of law including family protection orders small claims estate administration employment debt recovery and other administrative matters. This work is done through university students who are engaged in experiental learning placements under the supervision of staff and volunteer lawyers.
