Legacy plus foundation canada's missions are 1) to advance education and promote health by providing mental health and wellbeing training programs to enable canadians to understand the causes of mental health issues learn about strategies to maintain and regain mental health and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues 2) to receive and maintain a fund or funds and and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees 3) to advance education and promote volunteerism by providing leadership and citizenship training programs awards and events designed to encourage and enable the public to participate more fully as community members volunteers and responsible citizens on a local national and international level
