Ledcor Charitable Foundation

(a) to fund facilitate promote and carry out activities and programs which are beneficial to the communities in which the ledcor group of companies carries on its business operations within north america in a way that the law regards as charitable; (b) to recieve gifts funds and property for the foundaiton for other organizations are 'qualified donees' under the provisions of the income tax act (canada); and (c) ancillary activities to (a) & (b).
