To advance the public’s appreciation of the arts by producing public art exhibition presentations and performance art (s) events and by providing a forum for qualified artists to exhibit present or perform their artistic works. A public art program along toronto’s waterfront will be established provide an opportunity for the public to experience a wide variety of art exhibitions for free by commissioning and programming a rotating series of art works.
