(2 staff @ 800 hours plus 2 volunteers @ 65 days) • Board of Directors (8 directors @ 300 hours/year) • Scientific Committee (5 advisors @ 120 hours/year) Deer Survey (Fall) (1 staff @ 5 days = 40 hours) (2 volunteers @ 5 days = 85 hours ) Total = 125 • Raccoon Surveys (1 contractor @ 5 days=40 hours) (5 volunteers @ 5 days = hours) Total = 100 • 2024 Data Management Contract (150 hours contract work) • Online outreach (1 staff @ 2 hours a week x 50 weeks = 100 hours) • 2024 Youth Outreach Worker (YOW) (1 staff biologist/mentor @ 30 hours 1 youth outreach worker @ 220 hours 1 staff assistant @ 30 hours) YOW conducted school outreach in all Haida Gwaii communities and ran an after-school bird club for students Grades 4 – 7 Sept-Nov. at the Haida Gwaii Museum.
