The core service program is the facilitation of restorative community justice forums. Youth restorative justice diversion and adult restorative justice diversion these forums bring together victims offender the victims and offenders support people/family members and other people affected by the incident. A community justice forum is a structured voluntary process that brings these people together to exchange information about the effects of the offender's behaviour express opinions and work to repair the harm done. A successful forum results in a legally binding formal agreement put together by all perticipants which will be carried out by the offender within a prescribed time frame. Triple p parenting of teens we provide tools and strategies to groups of parenting/caregiver to: -build a stronger relationship -negotiate boundaries and expectations -deal calmly with conflict & roller coaster emotions -help them solve problems and handle issues of teens restorative practice for educators training -we provide training to educators and facilitators on how to build restorative relationships a restorative classroom and a restorative shcool. We help educators and facilitators build their skills in developing inclusive caring safe schools and classrooms with the use of restorative practices.
