To provide high quality assesment treatment education and support services which facilitate participation and growth of persons with developmental handicaps within the community. To encourgae and directly assist persons with developmental handicaps to maxim ize their potential. To directly assist families educators community agencies and other professio nals through the provision of treatment educational support and consultative services to promote and participate in community education programs related to enhancing the understanding of developmental disabilities. To promote and participate in evaluation/research endeavors which would advanc e their understanding of developmental disabilities and subsequently enhance s ervice development and delivery.
