Laff's mandate is to promote an inclusive friendly accessible environment that welcomes children fosters healthy communities and strenghtens families through play-based learning. Laff's early invervention and provention programming is designed to reduce isolation strenthen parenting promote healthy child development provide access to public health within the community and ensure food security that will improve the health and well-being of children and their families. Laff's ongoing programs provide a safe inclusive accessible supportive community environment where parents and caregivers of children 0-6 years old meet to promote the development of happy healthy and nurturing families through interactive play as well as family related resources and programs. 23 hours per week of ongoing programs include morning's with laff sewcial night laffternoon laff outside and numerous programs offered seasonally within the community
