Our lady of consolation parish melfort walks in the footstep of jesus and strives to make the great tradition of praise learning and guidance come alive for our age. We witness the grace of god to all people and his presence in creation. We welcome and reach out to all in celebration of joyful and sorrowful moments of life. - daily masses - community outreach to the local hospital patients weekly mass and visits to 2 senior care homes - home visits and sacraments to individuals at home - weekly catechism classes for children and youth - monthly share-a-meal for our community members - community celebration of births weddings and sharing the sorrow for the souls who have passed away. - monthly gathering of all pastors in the community - support other charities in the community such as: monthly donations to the local food bank clothing and bedding donations to the woman's shelter bibles and books given to the salvation army
