Regular meetings of the Local Spiritual Assembly and communicate highlights to the community on at least a monthly basis; 2. Hold meetings for the membership every 19 days (Baha'i Feast) and commemorate other days of thematic or historical importance; 3. Produce narrative and financial report and present to community at annual meeting to elect new Local Spiritual Assembly; 4. Correspond with other institutions and distribute correspondence to community members; 5. Hold regular meetings for devotions and for study; 6.Collect funds from Baha'is and expend and allocate them; 7. Organize meetings which promote the fundamental Baha'i teachings such as the oneness of the human race unity in diversity overcoming prejudice the equality of the sexes the development of virtues prayer and meditate and service to the community; 8. Encourage participation in regional (Outaouais) provincial national and international activities; 9. Identify ways to help individuals and families and respond to requests for assistance; 10. Take stock of local conditions in Chelsea and consider how the Baha'i community can be of service and; I1. Encourage members of the community to volunteer and help better society. This relates to Programs 9&10 above: 1. Held Unity Feast to promote community feeling hope and enjoyment (March 2024) 2. Organized food for several camps for youth 3. Raised funds to provide a gravestone for a distinguished Inuit Baha'i living in our region
