Kollel Toras Moshe

To advance religion by establishing a facility to be used for religious programs and that will provide instruction and training in talmudic law and judaic studies to advance education by providing publicly available scholarships bursaries and other forms of financial assistance to students attending kollel toras moshe to advance religion by establishing and maintaining a house or worship with services held in accordance with the tenets and doctrines of judaism to undertake activities ancilliary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purpose to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom form time to time to qualified donees in subsection 149.1
