Knox Presbyterian Church

The church has a very active membership with several groups organizing events like free spaghetti dinner for community outreach conduct weekly live broadcasts of the services for those who are unable to attend specifically our senior homes. The full-time minister handed in their resignation and each of the groups assisted throughout half of the year with services reaching out to pulpit supply and coming up with creative ways to fill missing dates where there was not a minister free to run the service. The church donated to many groups including the local food bank the municipal cenotaph poject and several other service groups. As usual we had special services for easter mother's day father's day thanksgiving remembrance day and christmas a new full-time minister was hired which has re-opened the community hours open to the public. Sunday sschool attendance has increased and also more kids activities have beeen started.
