Within the Comox Valley & Regional District areas the society endeavors to 1) Trap-Neuter-Return program spay and neuter feral cats maintain health of feral colonies. 2) Adopt-A-Pal adoption program rescue socialize cats & kittens without homes facilitate fostering & adoptions 3) Trap-Neuter-Return & Barn Cat Re-homing program feral kittens/cats that cannot be tamed can be made useful in a farm setting while continuing the outdoor lifestyle 4) Ruby Fund program urgent medical care for feral kittens in need includes spaying/neutering and ongoing care up to adoption 5) Educate the public through school programs public events & publications 6) Guardian Angel program ensure cats and kittens are not abandoned during times of crisis and finding them new homes example: owner passes away
