The charity provides subsidized (affordable) rental accomodations and support services to 98 low income single adults. Accommodations are provided in 11 co-op houses one 5 unit apartment building one 14 unit apartment building one 24 unit apartment building and one 15 unit townhouse complex. The charity also provides emergency shelter services and operates a drop-in centre along with a housing placement service for homeless and low-income individuals and families. In addition the charity operates a youth program that provides transitional housing and support services to youth between the ages of 16 and 24.
