Provision of facilities for parents/caregivers and their children 0-6 years of age; to interact with the objective of improving their physical mental and social well-being through their active involvement in the various programs and activities offered that are offered free of charge. The focus is on families with children 0-6 in at risk conditions. Programs and activities include: 1- drop in centre; 2- pre-natal classes; 3- no charge book lending library; 4- no charge parenting books lending; 5- parenting programs; 6- musical moments arts & crafts summer fun active kids programs.
