1. Counseling to all citizens of calgary with specialized counseling to young parents and their children. 2. Daycare services (licensed by province of alberta) to adolescent parents 3. Early childhood services to 'at risk' adolescents and their children. 4. Family services and counselling provided through outreach locations - schools churches community centers etc. 5. Administer daycare subsidy and learner bursary for girls at louise dean school with government of alberta funding. 6. Parenting support services to pre-natal clients delivered in community (e.g. In client homes)
