Kinbrace Community Society

Kinbrace Community Society welcomes refugee claimants with housing support education and community. We do this through our Housing Employment Wellness Community Refugee Protection and Beyond Refuge programs. The Housing program provides transitional housing for newly arrived refugee claimants facing barriers and supports them in securing permanent housing. The Employment program works with refugee claimants to become employment-ready and secure meaningful work. The Wellness program accompanies refugee claimants in navigating and accessing government and community resources. The Community program ensures refugee claimants experience belonging and have a community of support. The Refugee Protection program educates refugee claimants on how to navigate the refugee determination process in Canada. The Beyond Refuge program helps connect refugee claimants moving out of Kinbrace with people in their new community.
