The charity operated apartment buildings at 284 and 317 langside street and 261 271 and 297 furby street in winnipeg manitoby for a total of 41 units. The buildings were renovated to provide comfortable affordable and safe accomodations to persons with low income. Every tenant is offered services such as a dental program in-suite computers recreational fund and a social support program. The charity recieved funding from the province of manitoba city of winnipeg winnipeg foundation sill foundation and anonymous donors. During fiscal 2021 and 2022 the majority of the properties were sold with one remaining that was expected to sell in 2023 this did not occur but is expected to sell in 2024. The charity expects to wind up operations in 2024.
