Justicetrans is currently running a national research initiative aimed at improved access of resources for 2stnbgn people. This entails a nationwide needs assessment of readily avaliable and accessible 2stnbgn resources followed by a gap analysis that leverages self reported data from the community to help our organization understanding which resources are underrepresented which communities are underserved and how bridge this infrastructure gap. It is a three year long project that should culminate with the following deliverables: an interactive resource map to arm 2stnbgn people with information about their local resources a training package for colleagues across the sector to better understand the barriers being faced within the community and a research report which hopefully can be leveraged at the policy level in our advocacy efforts.
