Jubilee residences inc. Owns and operates two long term special care homes (each with 100 beds for level iii and iv long term care residents) and rental properties for low income seniors. The rental units are for independent living and include suites for couples and singles. The rental complexes have facilities for recreation garden space health care guidance and/or counseling i s available for all residents. Jubliee residences inc. Has larger market rate rentals that compliment our lower rental units to offset the costs of these and long-term care costs.
