Joy and Hope of Haiti

Primary focus is the education of haitian children through the provisioning of facilities and assistance with school operating expenses. We stabilize haitian schools that we are in contract with. Food distribution program-food distribution to schools and at risk haitians. Food supplied by ontario christian gleaners. Christian ministry-we support efforts of evangelism through christian pastors. Teacher training-teacher professional development annually and followed up throughout the teaching year by world class organization (p4h global). School infrastructure-classrooms washrooms lighting and supplies on an as needed basis. School interventions-provide much needed salary support in a matching mechanism whereby limited tuition sources are matched by canadian donors to ensure school financial viability. Days for girls-in partnership with donors girls are supplied with reusable sanitary kits in order to keep them in school every week of the month thereby significantly increasing their learning opportunities.
