Jones Family Foundation

(a) to gift funds to qualified donees as defined in subsection 143.1(1) of the icome tax act that will advane education help to alleviate poverty and benefit the community as a whole in way that the law regards as charitable; (b) to receive hold and invest bedquest donations gifts funds and property and to administer and distribute funds property endowments trusts and financial programs for the funding and support of the purposes of the foundation as presently set out and for such orther organizations that are qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act; and (c) to do all such things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the charitable purposes of the foundation. The foundation will restrict its work to making donations to qualified donees selected by the board of directors.
